HDFC BANK - HARAMKHOR DHOKEBAZ FRAUD CHOR BANK

HDFC Bank - Haramkhor Dhokebaaz Fraud Chor Bank.

So the story for this new name - I used to carry hdfc credit card and hdfc savings account from Mothi Daman Branch. To process any request these every bank needs written communication from customer (basic rule).

Hdfc linked my cc ending with 7683 to my savings account CRN 48586857 without any request from my side and never informed me. Upon my enquiry they said we can link customer products without there consent and without informing them this our rules. I said 'I don't want to link them.'
You cannot separate them. (Monopoly hai BC).

From Jan to May 2015, bank did not sent cc statement to me, however one text message for my cc dues like "Please pay rs x for cc ending 7683.'
Upon my visit to bank the response was "we cannot help on this, you need contact customer care." Then I have dropped an email to customer care and nodal officer there were no response (Probably either no body read those email or they are just not educated enough to read and understand English).
Hence, i stop paying them for next two months then they contacted me asking for payment. I told them my query asked them to send statement however still no response, rather they put lean on my above mentioned saving account of Rs. 14,124.86, or an outstanding of Rs. 17,889.63, due to which my personal loan ECS of Rs. 8915 dishonoured.
Upon my complaint to bank on 06-08-2015 they theft 14,124.86 against cc outstanding (I said theft because they did not communicated to me about this transaction.) Since then I did not paid that emi (aug 2015) and additionally i have paid Rs. 3,765 to cover difference and requested to close that credit card. They have blocked my physical card but kept my digital card live. After this theft event I stopped using hdfc cc, savings account till date no transactions, sold off my shares which i hold from hdfc and surrendered my term plan and life insurance from hdfc. Net net I have ended every relationship with hdfc bank. Also keep in mind, whenever any bank issue a card they issue two card, one is physical which customer receives and one digital which bank keeps for their account.
Of lately I started getting recovery calls from bank for my cc dues of Rs 13,088, (almost after 3.5 years precisely started from 16 Jan 2019). Upon my enquiry they told me your card was only blocked but never closed and hence annual fee, late payment and interest was keep on adding.
When I said i will not pay any penny they said you have two options either settle it or we will proceed to legal. I decided to settle it and net settlement was issued to me at Rs. 4,000 vid letter# S2359329 on 14 Feb 2019. And they have sent me this letter in some 7zip file format when I asked them to send letter in pdf because that file format wasn't supported by normal systems, which entire world use except hdfc bank. The response was we cannot send it in pdf due to security purpose (i am like BC you, yourself are thief and afraid of getting theft.) And they ask me to download a mobil app to open that 7zip file. I denied and said "Send that file to me in pdf or forget about money see you guys in court "
Then after 2 days, I got the letter in pdf and on same day I have made payment and cleared it. Now I am no longer using any product from hdfc bank. If you are using any product of hdfc please shift your banking to some other bank, currently I am using Axis, Union Bank of India, State bank of India and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
I have decided whenever any hdfc person will call me for any product I will abuse him/her and will not do any banking with HARAMKHOR DHOKEBAZ FRAUD CHOR BANK.
